Commercial Real Estate Listing – Market your property on subscription based Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms such as: Commercial Alliance of Realtors, LoopNet, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) database and others.
Comprehensive Marketing Efforts – Drafting of comprehensive marketing strategy to include: financial analysis or pro forma project budget, current market sale/lease comparables, demographical information, floor plans, & preliminary construction costs.
Due Diligence – Assistance coordinating physical and environmental inspections, coordination of title, survey, appraisal, closing scheduling etc.
Deal Structure Underwriting – Drafting of preliminary pro forma project budget based on current market sale/lease comparables, and demographical information.
Financing Request for Proposal (RFP) / Negotiation – Creation of financing package for presentation to financial institutions to secure the most favorable financing terms.
Appraisal Underwriting, Coordination, & Review – Collection & delivery of key valuation information, underwriting of initial value, and review of the 3rd party appraisal process.
Municipal Approval Assistance – Assist with the application, public hearing, and approval processes involved with zoning and site plan approvals.
Development Incentive Approval – If applicable; facilitation of municipal development incentive applications and approvals. (ie. OPRA, NEZ, Brownfield TIF, etc.)
Public Relations / Marketing – Upon approval of client’s leadership and team, a coordinated joint effort for a public relations release will be coordinated and paid for by our team at the beginning, middle, or end of the project timeline.
